Text notices
Last updated 6 November 2026.
Ranvero can text you when something it watches needs attention. This page explains how that works.
What the texts say
You get a short text when a check starts failing, and one when it is fixed. Each one names the check and tells you to look at your email for what to do. We do not send marketing, offers or newsletters by text.
How you agree
Texts are off until you turn them on. When you add your mobile number in your Ranvero account, you tick a box that says you agree to get text notices from Ranvero about the things you watch. We save your number and the time you agreed. We send texts only to that number.
How you stop
Reply STOP to any text and it ends. You can also turn texts off in your account at any time. For help, reply HELP or write to hello@ranvero.ca.
Cost and how often
Message and data rates from your phone plan may apply. We send a text only when something changes, so there are no regular texts.
Your number
We do not sell or share your number for marketing. Read more on our privacy page.
