Ranvero is run by 15317886 Canada Inc. This page says what we collect, why, and who else touches it. If anything is unclear, write to privacy@ranvero.ca.
What we collect
- Your name or company name, and your email address. We use the email to sign you in and to send your notices.
- Your mobile number, only if you give it to get text notices. We also keep the time you agreed to texts.
- The checks you set up, such as their names, web addresses and how often to look.
- The read-only tokens you give us so we can look at a tool for you. We lock each one before saving it.
- The results of each check. That is a pass or fail, a short plain message and the time.
What we do not collect
Ranvero reads whether a job ran, whether it failed, and counts of items. It is built not to keep the contents of your records, your emails or your invoices. We never ask for your passwords.
How we use it
To run your checks, send you notices and weekly reports, and answer when you ask whether everything ran well. We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising.
Who else handles it
We use other companies to run the service. Our database is in Canada. Our website hosting, email sending and text sending are done by service providers who may process information in the United States. They only handle it to do that job for us.
If you are a client of an agency that uses Ranvero, that agency can see the status of the checks it watches for you.
Cookies
We use one cookie, to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep your information while your account is open. To delete your account and the information in it, write to privacy@ranvero.ca and we will do it. You can also write to ask what we hold about you or to correct it.
Changes
If we change this page, we will change the date at the top.
